Mission and Outreach

Supply clothing and food to those in need.

Assist those that become victims of natural disasters with emergency housing, financial assistance with utilities, mortgage, and medical bills.

Supplies community youth with the necessary tools needed in school, such as; pencils paper and uniforms.

Women of Potential

This ministry is lead by First Lady Grayson. WOP is the extended arm of GT to minister to women. Every first Sunday evening at 6:00p.m., WOP host a “women Chat Hour Session” that serves women from the surrounding communities. These chat sessions cover areas of relevant issues to women today. WOP serves as host to workshops and conferences throughout the year to minister to the total woman. The goal of WOP is to develop Positive, Prayerful and Powerful Women of God.

Youth In Action

This ministry ministers to our youth in areas such as, drama, arts, praise dance and music. Annually the YIA sponsors a Hallelujah Night on October 31st. This night is filled with fun, and entertainment based on biblical standards. The YIA host an annual scholarship day that rewards the youth for maintain good grades throughout the school year and gives scholarships to high school graduates.

Big Brothers Ministry

This ministry serves young men that ages ranging from 7 to 17. These young men are mentored on outings that allow them to express themselves such as; fishing trips, ball games, shopping and other events. During BBM trips youth counselors’ listens and pray with these young men in an effort to produce men of high standards.

Sister To Sister

This ministry ministers to young women that are maturing into you ladies and have questions and concerns that will affect their future. S-S ministry host sleepovers, chat session, shopping trips and movie nights.

Mentorship Program

This program mentors both girls and boys of all ages. Volunteer mentors visit school, after school activities and the homes of these youth. They assist with homework, career planning, ethical issues, biblical studies and extra curricula activities.

Golden Age/Senior Care Ministry

Our senior citizens are very valuable to us. The ministry serves them with their basic everyday needs. They are treated with outings designed just for them, such as; shopping trips and eating out.

M.A.L.T.S.

Ministerial Alliance Leadership Training Session is a teaching tool designed to equip and inform the ministers and evangelist of the ministry. Seminars and training sessions are conducted throughout the year.

Evangelism

The Evangelistic department serves as extensions of love to the community, by conducting street ministry and outdoor services. This ministry goes beyond the 4 walls of the sanctuary and ministers door to door spreading the good news of Jesus Christ to all.

Christian Education

Classes are held for all ages. These classes are designed to equip the believer with knowledge of God.

Bible Study is designed to teach the complete truth of God, to promote spiritual maturity and disciple new comers.

Music Ministry

This ministry is a very intricate part of our worship services. The choir, praise team and musician work together to bring music to the service that will uplift, encourage, motivate and lead people into worship.

Usher Board

The Ushers, better known as door keepers serve all those that enter into the sanctuary to worship.

Greeters

Greeters are the smiling welcome committee that is the first to greet people as they enter the doors.

Pastoral Care Ministry

This ministry is made up of pastoral counselors that serve the people as an extension of the pastor. They work to offer pastoral service such as; visiting the sick, visiting nursing home, visiting inmates and counseling.
